• First, you need to create an account online. Once this is complete, your account will show "On Hold"
when you log in.
• Visit our “Forms”
section and complete the necessary paperwork. After completing the paperwork, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
• A sales rep will contact you within the next business day after we receive your application. They will be able to help you with any needs or questions, prior to your application's approval.
• After your application is approved, you will be able to order from our wide selection of products online.
• You will receive a $50
credit off your first order over $500
if placed within 30
days of signup*
